Artwork

  • Yes. All works sold by Grafika are original artworks unless clearly labeled as limited editions or multiples. Each original work is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Grafika or the artist.

  • You can purchase works directly through our website by clicking “Buy” on the artwork page. Some works may be available by offer or require confirmation of availability before checkout.

    Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with next steps.

  • No. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. The artist retains all intellectual property rights.

  • We strive to represent artworks as accurately as possible, but colors and scale may vary depending on screen settings. Dimensions are listed on each artwork page—please review them carefully.

    If you need additional images or details, just ask.

Orders

  • We currently accept:

    • Credit and debit cards

    Payment options may vary depending on the price of the artwork. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

  • We may be able to place a short hold on an artwork upon request. Holds are not guaranteed and are typically limited to 24–72 hours. Please contact us at thegrafikateam@gmail.com to inquire.

  • Prices listed on the Site do not include sales tax, shipping, packing, or insurance unless explicitly stated. These costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed separately prior to shipment.

    Sales tax is collected when required by law.

  • We ship both domestically and internationally. International buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country.

    If you have questions about international shipping, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

  • Shipping timelines vary depending on the artwork’s location, size, and destination. Typically:

    • Domestic shipments: 1–3 weeks

    • International shipments: 2–5 weeks

    These are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Yes. All artworks are fully insured while in transit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns and Cancellations

  • All sales are generally final. However, if a work arrives damaged or materially not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details so we can assist.

    Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing by Grafika.
